Weightless!I am amazed at so many positive comments. My personal experience was disappointing. He gave me an installation price of 80 euros + VAT / per air conditioner from 90 euros, due to many pieces (5 in total). Then the price went back up to 90 and he wouldn't admit what he had originally said. After negotiation the price went back to 80. We made an appointment at 9.30 for installation, it was 10.30 and he had not come. I called him but couldn't find him and when he picked up at some point, he answered as if we didn't have a date and as if he hadn't set me up. When I told him we said 9.30 he insisted we said 11.30 and then said he had a 10.30 appointment in his notebook. Whatever... and he's trying to drive you crazy in your face. Away!Updating after the answer:1. Verbally you told me 80 euros + VAT and in writing in the offer you changed it to 90 euros.2. The truth has been distorted in everything else you write. I didn't expect anything more from you...3. The word with which I called you is valid and I no longer wanted you to come.

Excellent professionals and consistent in the appointment, which I booked very quickly. I called them for repairs on a new air conditioner that, due to an installation error, lost its freon. The guys did a very careful job and the end result is that the air conditioner works like new and without any problems. I recommend them without a second thought. Certainly, for what I need with my air conditioners, it will easily be the first choice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I am extremely pleased with the services of Klaus Cooling who undertook the maintenance and transportation of my air conditioning units. He was a true professional, friendly and explanatory in every step of the process and in maintenance ways.He responded immediately to my request for an appointment even though it was July (we all know you wait for an appointment and they play it hard) and he consistently followed through. He works with an experienced partner who knows his job very well and has all the right tools, chemicals, etc. to get the job done qualitatively and cleanly.Overall the experience is that they know what they are doing deep down, they both have a pleasant positive energy, good guys and honest in billing (didn't try to take advantage of the situation with unnecessary charges or inflated tasks like filling freon when not necessary). I fully recommend.
